Russian President Vladimir Putin assured that images of the dozens of civilians who died in Bucha, Ukraine, are not a result of violence. a “provocation” by kyivIt is not about the mass killing of loyal troops to Moscow.

This has been transferred this Wednesday to the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, with whom he has spoken by phone. Putin remains faithful to the version that was offered by several Russian authorities both within and outside Russia, as well as at the UN.

Putin’s words: The “regime” in Ukraine has “provoked” a “serious and cynical act of aggression”, and thus it has been transferred to Orbán. A Kremlin statement stated that the Russian president also informed his ally about the current status of the dialogue between Ukrainian authorities and Russian officials.

In an appearance before media, the Hungarian Prime minister has provided a full account of the call. He stated that he requested a “immediate” ceasefire from Ukraine. He offered to host a meeting at Budapest, which would include Putin and the President of Ukraine Volodimirzelenski and the leaders from France and Germany Olaf Scholz and Emmanuel Macron.
