After lifting all restrictions at end September, the Nordic countries will reinstate the health card and encourage adults to get a 3rd dose vaccine against the coronavirus.
The government of Norway announced Friday, November 12 that it will reinstate anti-Covid restrictions at national level to combat the strong resumption and authorization of municipalities to use the health card.
The Scandinavian country, which had lifted all its restrictions at the end of September, will also offer a third dose of vaccine for all over 18, Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre announced at a press conference, but excluding lockdowns. These are extreme measures.
