The measures include the closure of nightclubs, the cessation of private parties in halls (except for weddings and funerals), and the closing of nightclubs at 11 p.m. Shops, Christmas markets, and restaurants will also be closed. There will be a limit of six guests per table. School measures must be taken by Monday.
Alexander De Croo also spoke out in support of the importance of “limiting contact”, performing self-tests prior to seeing people and ventilating enclosed areas. “We have masks which are an important additional protection. We have control over our behavior. By taking care of this, we will be able to get out of the woods ”, did he declare.
