Tonight saw other large cities being bombed, with Chernihiv and Mykolaiv especially hard hit. According to the mayor of Popasna in the Lugansk area, it was bombed with phosphorous bombs. Volnovakha, Donetsk, is nearly completely destroyed by artillery firing.
