The big problem continues to be food and gasoline,” he adds.
Vitaly is one such citizen from Ukraine who risks his life to help others in need. Vitaly has been collecting food, gasoline and necessary materials for several days to distribute to those in need. He purchases products each day and distributes them in Kherson aswell as nearby towns that are also in short supply.
