48-year old Irina Manniukina visited her Kiev house, which was bombed, to play a last song on her piano. This moving tribute went viral on social media.Karina, Karina’s 16-year-old sister, captured the moment. She shared it on TikTok.

Karina described the Kennedy News Bombing. Her mother had gone with her brother to the market, and she was cooking when the blast occurred. Everything was destroyed. The fire had been started in the room of her brother’s bedroom, which she called her family.Irina tried her best to remain calm. She went to the piano, but only one song was played in all the chaos.

“He wanted to forget about the war and his concerns about our safety. He’s been playing music all his life. He even studied piano. Since there was a lot of ash and dust on the keys and everyone was in shock, she couldn’t play for a long time,” Karina told the Kennedy News.
