Dimitri Medvedev the former Russian president, stated Tuesday that Vladimir Putin was attempting to invade Ukraine. “Build an open Eurasia, from Lisbon to Vladivostok”Referring to the Old Continent’s extreme west (in Portugal), and a Russian city in the Russian extrem East, near China and North Korea.
