This is not the first time. The authorities of MoscowAnd BeijingWe are witnessing the birth of a new order in the world. They are determined to convince international communities that things have improved significantly and that we are now witnessing a similar period to that which occurred in 1989 after the fall of Berlin Wall.
So, it was the United States that foretold that a new era was approaching in international relations and pointed out the values and principles on which the new international order would be based. While there is strong consensus that an entirely new framework must be used to plan and organize international relations, it is still necessary to identify the foundations. The recent meeting of the Russian and Chinese Foreign Ministers revealed some key points that will define the global context for world relations.
There is talk of a multipolar world order that is fair and democratic. It’s not surprising that both countries desire to play a larger role in international relations as well as in the management and resolution global issues. It is intended to create a multipolar international society which accommodates both the US and Russia’s interests. It is true that it is fair and democratic. However, this is not the case in both China and Russia. China is distinguished by its inability to establish a democratic regime at the international level. Russia, however, has made it clear that democracy defense is not one their top priorities. All commotion over the disclosures by the two countries should be avoided as it is a simple matter of protecting their own interests.
